Villa Dario is built in the quiet fishing village of Razanj, in the bay of Mezaroca. It is suitable for couples and families with children. Razanj is a place without tourism. You will enjoy swimming in the crystal clear sea and while strolling around you will come across places where you will have unforgettable views of the whole bay. If you get tired of swimming and walking, you can take a trip to one of the nearby places of interest.
The villa is situated on a slope, in a quiet part of the village with apartment houses. It is situated on a slope 80 m from the sea and the beach with concrete slabs, the pebble beach with a gradual entrance to the sea is only 100 m away.
Right by the sea, only 80 m from the villas, there is a bakery and a restaurant; there is also a regular boat taxi to Rogoznica (all seasonal, i.e. about mid-June – mid-September).
The centre, where there is a convenience store, café, five restaurants with a varied selection, exchange office and information centre is 800 m or along the sea 1200 m.
Villa Dario is a two-storey building with three apartments, terraces with sea view, which is somewhere covered by the neighboring houses. There is parking and an outdoor fireplace. Guests can use the heated swimming pool at the neighbouring villa. The building is original, the apartments are clean, but with older equipment and furnishings.
