Villa Capitan is built in the small settlement Stupin Čeline, in a picturesque bay with a pebble beach, right next to the clear sea. The place without tourist traffic is suitable for holidays of families with children or groups of friends looking for peace. The fully equipped house provides comfort, the garden offers privacy to relax, sunbathe, or relax together at the barbecue under the trees where figs, pomegranates and olives ripen. The crystal clear sea invites to swimming and snorkeling on uncrowded beaches. Thanks to its location, the place is an ideal starting point for discovering the beauties and sights of Dalmatia. The center of Rogoznica with its busy promenade is only 3 km from the house.
The villa is situated by the sea and a pebble beach slightly sloping into the water, suitable even for small children. Supermarket is 500 m, fast food and ice cream (seasonal) 700 m.
After complete reconstruction (completed in spring 2024), the villa is modern, spacious and airy.
On the ground floor of the house, with an entrance from the garden, there is a separate studio suitable for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility. The studio is barrier-free, the entrance from the garden is via a ramp, and access to the living room with the dining room is possible via a driveway along the side of the house. The studio has a kitchenette and a bathroom (shower, toilet), it is air-conditioned.
Entrance from the back of the house: ground floor with fully equipped kitchenette, air-conditioned common living room with dining room, TV, with access to a spacious terrace. In the entrance hall there is a toilet, a staircase to the raised ground floor.
On the raised ground floor there are two air-conditioned double bedrooms, one shared bathroom (shower, toilet).
